    Director
    Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Practising Accountant and Registered Tax Agent. He has more than twenty-five years of commercial and professional accountancy experience. Jay has extensive knowledge in business advisory services, including corporate finance and structuring advice. His clients range from SMEs to large proprietary companies and not-for-profit organisations.

    Azra comes to the firm with over 15 years of diverse client and industry experience. "Our focus is always to help out clients and ensure that we are working together towards a prosperous future! We aim to achieve this by being available to our clients, being present and attentive and getting to know our clients and their businesses."

  • Charlie Gibbon

    Manager
    Charlie is CA qualified and specialises in Self-Managed Superannuation Funds and Tax Planning. Charlie enjoys providing restructuring advice to better his clients businesses and minimise losses. One of Charlie's favourite aspects of working at jlc are the broad range of clientele he deals with, from the mining and resource sectors to manufacturing and logistics.
